Customer Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to promote and sell astrology-related products such as gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, and spiritual remedies. The role involves understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products based on basic astrology knowledge.Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell astrology products (gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, etc.)

• Handle customer inquiries (online/offline) and provide product guidance
• Understand customer problems and suggest appropriate solutions
• Maintain product knowledge and basic astrology concepts
• Achieve sales targets and generate leads
• Coordinate with astrologers (if applicable) for accurate recommendations
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales
