Job Description
It's US Telecom International Voice Process where candidates have to resolve customer queries over the call.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international voice processes and a strong ability to upsell telecom products and services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for Verizon’s US Telecom customers.
Identify opportunities to *upsell telecom products* and services to meet business targets.
Excellent *verbal communication skills* in English.
Strong *Direct selling knowledge or Experience*
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process
*No domestic process experience* will be considered.
Night and Graveyard shifts
*5 Days working*- night shifts
Salary -
Freshers - 24k in hand / 28 K In hand
6m - 1 year - 27k in hand / 32 K CTC
1year + *32k* in hand & 36K CTC
