Job Description
US voice telecom process customer service+ up selling process
* Job location - Gurgaon sec-21
* Grad/ Under grad with min 1 year (365 days ) international voice exp mandatory.
* Decent communication skills required.
* Quality -B2 High
* US shifts/ 5 days working/ rotational week offs/ 10 hrs shifts including 1 hr break.
* Both side cabs (40 KM radius)
* Salary upto 6.5 lpa (50k in-hand )
* Incentives up to 0-30% of fixed CTC
