Position: Front Desk Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting: Sr. Manager

Finance and Admin

Timing: Rotational shift;

Days: 6 Days

Job Description 

·        Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience

·        Manage customer queries and complaints across multiple channels (in person, email, phone) with clarity, empathy, and prompt resolution.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in accordance with company processes.

·        Collect customer feedback actively and consistently to support service improvements, and ensure feedback targets are met.

·        Coordinate with vendors and service providers for transport logistics, pilot lounge operations, stationery supplies, and goods movement (inward/outward).

·        Collaborate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and support administrative functions.

·        Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and service quality standards.

·        Support front desk responsibilities, including visitor management, call handling, and reception operations

·        Maintain confidentiality and exhibit high levels of professionalism in all interactions.

·        Develop a strong understanding of company operations to effectively manage and resolve customer complaints.

Skill Set required·        Graduate degree in any discipline

·        5–6 years of experience in customer service, front office, or client-facing roles; aviation or corporate background is a plus

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional email etiquette

·        Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM or other service platforms

·        Calm, composed, and able to handle pressure or difficult situations tactfully

·        High emotional intelligence, empathy, and a team-player attitude

·        The candidate should always be calm and patient with customers

·        Organized and Multi-tasking and team management

·        Demonstrated ability to lead or manage a small team is a plus

·        Ability to learn other software systems relatively easily

·        Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information discreetly
