Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our e-commerce team as a Customer Support Executive. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:·      Handle customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.

·      Resolve order-related issues including delivery delays, returns, refunds, and cancellations.

·      Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.

·      Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

·      Assist customers with product information, order placement, and tracking.

·      Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback across platforms.

Requirements:·      Experience in customer service or support (preferably in e-commerce).

·      Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

·      Problem-solving attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

·      Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

·      Basic computer literacy (Excel, Email, Chat systems, etc.).
