Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls professionally and courteously.
- Resolve customer issues within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, QA, and adherence.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interaction
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory
- Freshers or candidates with relevant voice process experience are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and regional language, if required).
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple systems.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
