Job Description
We are currently hiring for the Hospitality process. It's international Voice Process, where candidates have to resolve customer queries over the call.
Eligibility:
Graduates (Freshers)
Undergraduates with 6 months of international BPO experience
Salary Structure:
Freshers: ₹27,000 (in hand) / 31000 CTC
Experienced: ₹32,000 (in hand) / 36000 CTC
Incentives & Bonuses:
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹9,000/month
Annual Bonus from Airbnb: $150
Attendance Bonus: ₹2,500 (for 100% attendance, 3 months)
Assessment Criteria:
Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM
Typing Accuracy: Minimum 90%
AMCAT Threshold Score: 65
