Role: Customer Success Associate

• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of telesales experience
• Qualification: Graduation is mandatory

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer queries related to PhonePe services
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Document customer interactions and update records as per process guidelines
• Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
• Skill Set RequiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
• Salary & Benefits
• CTC: ₹23,000 – ₹26,000 per month
• Cab Facility: Available as per company policy
• Shift Details24/7 rotational shifts
• 6 days working with 1 weekly off
• For female employees: Shift window between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
