Role Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to be the first point of contact for our users, resolving queries, ensuring smooth onboarding, and delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle queries via phone
• Provide accurate info on SalarySe’s services.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM.
• Escalate complex cases and share user feedback with the team.

Requirements

• Graduate, 1–2 years of experience in customer support in International BPO.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Problem-solving ability, patience, and customer-first mindset.
