Role Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to be the first point of contact for our users, resolving queries, ensuring smooth onboarding, and delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle queries via phone
- Provide accurate info on SalarySe’s services.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Escalate complex cases and share user feedback with the team.
Requirements
- Graduate, 1–2 years of experience in customer support in International BPO.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Problem-solving ability, patience, and customer-first mindset.
