Customer Support Executive – Blossom Stayz
Role:
Handle tenants queries, manage bookings, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenants inquiries (call, WhatsApp, email)
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications
- Coordinate with on-ground teams
- Resolve guest issues and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain booking and occupancy records
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused attitude
- 1–3 years experience preferred
- Problem solving attitude
- Good listener
