Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Travel Consultants. The role involves assisting customers with travel-related queries, bookings, and providing excellent service.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 6 months of work experience preferred
Background: Candidates with a travel industry background will be preferred; however, candidates from other backgrounds can also apply.
Freshers: Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are welcome
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
Good customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Salary & Benefits:
CTC (Freshers): ₹2,04,000 per annum
CTC (Experienced - min 1 year): ₹2,64,000 per annum
Transportation: Cab facility available for odd shifts
Work Details:
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational week-offs
Timing: Any 9-hour shift between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
