Job Overview

We are hiring

Customer Support Executives

for a customer service process. The role requires strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and prior experience in customer support. Exposure to BFSI processes will be considered an added advantage.

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries related to products and services via voice and/or non-voice channels.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining service quality standards.
• Document customer interactions and update records in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.

• Eligibility & Skills Required
• Graduates and Undergraduates are both eligible.
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience is preferred.
• BFSI experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if applicable.

• Salary Range: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 CTC
