Designation – Phone Banking Officer
Role and Responsibilities
• Providing Support to the customer in resolving queries and concern.
• For Captive contact Centre of a premium bank.
• Handles customer inquiries, provides account information, and assists with various banking transactions over the phone.
• Promoting the banking product Over the calls and sales is mandatory on every calls.
Outbound Customer service Voice process
Salary Range CTC upto : 28k for experienced candidates (salary will depends on interview)
|Incentives upto 8k ( depends on performance)
Shift Time – 9:30am to 6:30pm
6 Days working
Sunday Fixed off
