Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international customer support role. This position is open to graduates (freshers) and undergraduates with relevant experience who have strong communication and customer‑handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via voice and email
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
• Use internal tools and knowledge base to provide accurate information
• Ensure first contact resolution and high customer satisfaction
• Take ownership and resolve customer issues in a timely manner

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate Freshers OR Undergraduates with minimum 6 months of international BPO voice experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Typing speed 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Online assessment score 65 and above
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Skills RequiredStrong communication & interpersonal skills

Salary (In‑Hand)

• Freshers: ₹27,000 per month
• Experienced: ₹32,000 per month
