Handle Customer Queries
Manage inbound calls, WhatsApp, and email queries related to orders, products, delivery, and returns.
Order & Issue Resolution
Track orders, coordinate with logistics partners, and resolve customer complaints within defined TATs.

Assist customers with product guidance, cross-sell where relevant, and drive positive customer experience.
