Job Description
We’re reaching out to share details of an Inbound Customer Service Executive that we are currently hiring for. This is a bulk requirement, and we would really appreciate your support in helping us close this.
Inbound Customer Service Executive - Gurugram
Job Description & Prerequisites:
1. Education: Graduate.
2. Experience: Freshers can apply.
3. Language Skills: Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
4. Working Days: 6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off
5. Shift Timings: Any 9-hour shift for Male Candidates and any 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM for Female Candidates.
6. Work Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Sector 18, Gurgaon, Haryana
Selection Process (to be briefed by our team):
1. HR Round
2. Operations Round
3. Virtual Assessment (SHL Bundle)
Compensation:
1. INR 19,000 CTC per month (INR 15,000 take home)
2. INR 1,500 bonus upon successful completion of training (30 days) (one-time bonus).
3. INR 1,500 bonus after completing 60 days on the production floor (one-time bonus).
4. Opportunity to earn additional incentives ranging from INR 2,000 to INR 7,000 (post-training), based on attendance and performance.
Additional Information:
1. Preferred candidate location is Gurugram; however, profiles can be sourced PAN India
