Job Description: We are hiring Customer Success Associates for the Trade Republic International Voice Process. The role requires handling customer interactions efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Candidates with strong English communication skills and prior international voice experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities-

• Handle customer queries through international voice support
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria -

• Graduate / Undergraduate both eligible
• Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience (Mandatory)
• BFSI experience will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
