Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)
CTC: Up to ₹32,000
Working Days: 5 days
Week Off: Rotational
Cab Facility: Both-side cab (within hiring zone)
Role Overview
We are looking for skilled Chat Support Executives to manage customer queries through live chat for an international BFSI process.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of BPO Chat experience
Mandatory BFSI background
Typing speed: 35 WPM
Ability to handle minimum 2 concurrent chats
Excellent written English communication
No MTI / RTI
Ready for immediate interview and joining
Key Responsibilities
Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously
Provide accurate and timely resolutions
Maintain chat quality and SLA standards
Document customer interactions
