Customer Support Executive

You will be handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, aiming to resolve their issues promptly and effectively to enhance their experience with our company.

Your Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Respond to customer emails and online queries promptly.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Meet performance targets and achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

• 12th Pass or Graduate or Post graduate
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
• Microsoft Office Suite
