**Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)**

We are hiring **Customer Support Executives** for a voice process in Gurgaon. The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience over calls. Candidates should have good communication skills and prior experience in customer support.

**Job Location:** Gurgaon (Work From Office)

**Work Schedule:**

* 6 days working

* Rotational shifts

* Rotational week off

**Salary:**

* ₹22,000 CTC

* ₹18,000 In-hand

**Eligibility Criteria:**

* Undergraduate / Graduate

* Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or voice process

* Good communication skills

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally

* Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively

* Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
