Location: Near Sector 53 Metro Station, Gurugram, India

Role: 6 days work from office

Who are we looking for?

As the ideal candidate, you should ideally have 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or

customer support. You should be clear in communication, patient and should respect

deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Qualifying leads received from Digital Marketing

- Ensuring lead nurturing and follow up to ensure they show up for the classes

- Once converted, handholding the customers at each step to ensure they never face any

issues

Must-Have Skills:

- Ideally, some experience in making customer calls and handling customer issues

- Patience, perseverance

- Great communication skills and english fluency

1. We are a bootstrapped, profitable company working out of the home-office of the

founders. So please do not expect a corporate environment.

2. We work 6 days a week.

3. We are an all-women team except one co-founder and would prefer a female

candidate for this role
