Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Interaction:


  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through live chat.
  • Address concerns and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Problem-Solving:


  • Analyze customer issues and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

Documentation:


  • Maintain clear and concise records of customer interactions for future reference.
  • Ensure proper documentation of complaints, feedback, and resolutions.

Process Adherence:


  • Follow company policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Collaboration:


  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on processes and product knowledge.
