Job Overview - Customer support (RM)

Location - Gurgaon Age- 18-30 years

Gender- Male and Female (Both can apply) Qualification- 12th pass and above

Salary - upto 4.2lpa (20-25% hike basis last drawn)


Language Proficiency- English & hindii , Gujarati , Tamil , Telugu ,malyalam .


As a Customer Support Executive at Policybazaar, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our insurance and financial products. Your role is crucial in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Interaction:
  • Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding insurance and financial products via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a positive resolution.

Product and Service Knowledge:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Policybazaar’s products, services, and processes to effectively assist customers.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in products and industry regulations to provide accurate information.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Conduct surveys or feedback sessions to gauge customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Claims, to ensure seamless customer service and resolution of issues.
  • Share insights and best practices with team members to improve overall service quality.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
