Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about Livpure products, services, installation, and service processes.
• Resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as sales and service teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company guidelines, service standards, and quality parameters while handling customer interactions.
