Job Description

  • Customer support roles include answering customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer support representatives (CSRs) are the first point of contact for customers. Resolve issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner 
  • Provide information: Offer details about products and services 
  • Process orders: Receive orders, calculate charges, and process payments 
  • Handle returns: Process returns, refunds, and exchanges 
  • Maintain records: Keep track of customer interactions and transactions 
  • Follow up: Ensure that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction 
  • Identify opportunities: Look for ways to upsell or cross-sell products and services 
  • Collaborate: Work with other teams to resolve issues 
  • Escalate issues: Refer complex issues to managers 
  • Monitor satisfaction: Check in with customers to ensure they are satisfied
