Job Summary:
The Customer Support Executive is responsible for providing effective customer service by resolving client queries, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for customer inquiries.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Record customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers to confirm issue resolution.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets (such as response time, satisfaction score, etc.).
Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience in customer service or a related field (freshers may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in dealing with customers.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
