***Teleperformance is HIRING for VOICE Process***
US Telecom Process - The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international voice process and a strong ability to UPSELL Telecom products and services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Identify opportunities to UPSELL Telecom Products and services tom meet business targets.
- Excellent Verbal communication skills in English.
- Min 1 YEAR experience in an international voice process on papers
- No domestic process exp will be considered
- Rotational Shifts (Night and Graveyard Shifts)
- 5 Days Working
Salary
1 Year exp - 27K in Hand
1 + Year - 32K in Hand
