We are hiring skilled Chat Support Executives for an international BFSI process. The role involves handling customer queries through live chat, providing accurate resolutions, and maintaining high-quality service standards while adhering to SLA and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously

Manage minimum 2 concurrent chats

Provide accurate and timely resolutions

Maintain chat quality and SLA standards

Document all customer interactions properly

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate preferred

Experience: Minimum 6 months BPO 

Communication: Excellent written English

No MTI / RTI

Ready for immediate interview and joining
