Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Success Associates for an international BFSI voice process. The role involves handling customer queries professionally while delivering high-quality support to global clients.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of International BPO Voice experience (BFSI / Customer Support preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level)
No MTI / RTI (Mother Tongue / Regional Influence)
Ready for immediate interview and joining
Key Responsibilities
