*Designation : Phone Banking Officer*

*Department : Credit Card Customer Service + Upselling and cross selling*

*Role and Responsibilities*

• Providing Support to the customer in resolving queries and concern.

• For Captive contact Centre of a premium bank.

• Handles customer inquiries, provides account information, and assists with various banking transactions over the phone.

• Cross selling/upselling/promoting the banking product over the calls and sales is mandatory.

Inbound Credit Card Customer Voice process + Upselling 

Fixed plus Incentives

CTC for Freshers : 20k CTC

 |Incentives upto 10k 

CTC for Experienced: 28k CTC depends on interview 

Shift Time –

Female – 7:00am to 7:00pm { 8.5 Hrs. Shift)

Male – 11:00am to 8:00 pm/2:30pm to 11:00 pm

1 Rotational weekoff

6 Days working

Location 

Ground Floor, Plot no. 444 ,Udyog Vihar Phase-5, sector-19 Gurgaon-122008.
