Timings: 10 AM – 5 PM | Sunday Off

Role Overview:We are looking for a polite, patient, and efficient Customer Support Executive to manage client calls, queries, appointment coordination, and provide smooth communication support for our consultancy operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
• Respond to client queries via phone, WhatsApp & email
• Appointment scheduling & coordination
• Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and client records
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding services
• Offer polite, solution-oriented communication at all times
• Coordinate internally with Edutech & Media teams
• Escalate urgent concerns to senior staff
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
• Candidate Requirements:Excellent English & Hindi communication
• Polite, calm, and customer-focused attitude
• Preferred Background: Calling / BPO / Customer Service Call Centers
• Ability to handle high-volume calls
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills
• No chronic health conditions

Compensation:Discussed in second round with upper management.
