Job Position- Customer Support Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to product and service inquiries.
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective information and assistance to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a professional and customer-centric manner.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately within the system.
- Identify priority issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams when required.
