Job Position- Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to product and service inquiries.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and effective information and assistance to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a professional and customer-centric manner.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately within the system.
  • Identify priority issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams when required.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets for customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Follow defined quality standards to deliver consistent service excellence
