🚀 We’re Hiring | Customer Care Executive – Fintech


📍 Department: Customer Support (voice process)


Role: Be the first point of contact for customers—handling queries, onboarding support, payments/refunds, transaction issues, and ensuring a seamless fintech experience.


âś… Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer support via phone/email
  • Assist with onboarding, KYC, wallet top-ups & transactions
  • Resolve issues and escalate complex cases to internal teams
  • Maintain CRM records & meet support KPIs (TAT, CSAT)

🎯 Requirements:

  • 1–3 years in Customer Support (Fintech/Banking/Payments preferred)
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of UPI, wallets, cards, digital payments
  • CRM/ticketing tools + MS Office/Google Workspace
