🚀 We’re Hiring | Customer Care Executive – Fintech
📍 Department: Customer Support (voice process)
Role: Be the first point of contact for customers—handling queries, onboarding support, payments/refunds, transaction issues, and ensuring a seamless fintech experience.
âś… Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer support via phone/email
- Assist with onboarding, KYC, wallet top-ups & transactions
- Resolve issues and escalate complex cases to internal teams
- Maintain CRM records & meet support KPIs (TAT, CSAT)
🎯 Requirements:
- 1–3 years in Customer Support (Fintech/Banking/Payments preferred)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of UPI, wallets, cards, digital payments
- CRM/ticketing tools + MS Office/Google Workspace
