Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Address and resolve customer queries via phone, email, or chat with empathy and efficiency.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our services and the automobile sector to provide accurate information.
- Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with a diverse customer base in both English and Hindi.
- Issue Tracking: Document customer interactions and escalate technical issues to the right department when necessary.
- Service Excellence: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a "human touch" to every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: A graduate degree in any field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential for this role.
- Industry Passion: A genuine interest in cars or the Automobile Industry is a huge plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Freshers Welcome: We are looking for freshers who are energetic individuals eager to learn; no prior experience is required, though 1–2 years in support is a bonus.
