Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Address and resolve customer queries via phone, email, or chat with empathy and efficiency.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our services and the automobile sector to provide accurate information.
• Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with a diverse customer base in both English and Hindi.
• Issue Tracking: Document customer interactions and escalate technical issues to the right department when necessary.
• Service Excellence: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a "human touch" to every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: A graduate degree in any field.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential for this role.
• Industry Passion: A genuine interest in cars or the Automobile Industry is a huge plus.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
• Freshers Welcome: We are looking for freshers who are energetic individuals eager to learn; no prior experience is required, though 1–2 years in support is a bonus.
• Patience & Empathy: The ability to stay calm under pressure and turn a frustrated customer into a happy one.
