Position: MCT Executive – Customer Support

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Position Overview:


The MCT - Customer Support representative assists customers by addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing product or service information. They ensure customer satisfaction by troubleshooting problems, processing requests, and escalating complex cases as needed. Additionally, they document interactions, follow up on concerns, and contribute to improving support processes for a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, or chat
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • 24x7 Availability: Work in a 24x7 shift environment to ensure continuous customer support coverage.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including issues raised and resolutions provided.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of the products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues promptly


Skills & Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree, excluding qualifications in Technical Support.
  • Strong Critical & logical thinking
  • English& Hindi language proficiency is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude..
