Customer Support Executive (Languages preferred - Telugu, Kannada)

Location: Sector-27, Gurgaon

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Salary: depends on experience (In Hand)

Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

About the Role:

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the voice of Divine Hindu for our customers, ensuring their queries, concerns, and feedback are handled with the utmost respect and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries and concerns via calls, WhatsApp, and emails in a South Indian language.

Assist customers with order tracking, product inquiries, returns, and other post-sales support.

Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary

Maintain records of interactions and update CRM tools as required.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Uphold the values and spiritual ethos of Divine Hindu while communicating with customers.

Requirements:

Fluency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is mandatory.

Prior experience in customer support is preferred, especially in e-commerce.

Basic knowledge of spoken/written English or Hindi

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Patience, humility, and a customer-centric attitude.

Basic computer skills (email, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM).
