Customer Support Executive
Location: Sector - 20, Udyog Vihar, Phase 2, Gurugram
Job Description
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide informed support and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Process customer requests, including order inquiries, returns, exchanges, and billing issues.
- Update and maintain customer records and interaction details in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, or logistics) to address more complex issues.
- Meet performance targets, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 0 to 1 year of experience in the BPO industry
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic while dealing with upset customers.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with the ability to work independently as well.
- Patience and perseverance in managing customer expectations.
