Customer Support Executive

Location: Sector - 20, Udyog Vihar, Phase 2, Gurugram

 

Job Description

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide informed support and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer requests, including order inquiries, returns, exchanges, and billing issues.
  • Update and maintain customer records and interaction details in the company’s CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, or logistics) to address more complex issues.
  • Meet performance targets, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores.

 

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0 to 1 year of experience in the BPO industry
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic while dealing with upset customers.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently as well.
  • Patience and perseverance in managing customer expectations.
