We are hiring skilled Chat Support Executives for an international process. The role involves handling customer queries through live chat, providing accurate resolutions, and maintaining high-quality service standards while adhering to SLA and compliance guidelines.

*Key Responsibilities*

Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously

Manage minimum 2 concurrent chats

Provide accurate and timely resolutions

Maintain chat quality and SLA standards

Document all customer interactions properly

*Eligibility Criteria*

Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate both

Experience: Minimum 6 months BPO 

Communication: Excellent written English

No MTI / RTI

Ready for immediate interview and joining
