Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and manipulate large insurance-related datasets from various sources using SQL and Advanced Excel.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and regular MIS reports for key stakeholders.
• Analyze customer behavior, lead conversion, policy sales, renewals, claims trends, and underwriting data.
• Identify data-driven opportunities to improve processes, pricing, customer retention, and cross-sell efforts.
• Support experiments and A/B tests through rigorous analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with business, tech, product, and actuarial teams to design data-backed strategies.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all analytical deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proficient in SQL, Python/R, and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Solid understanding of insurance KPIs, actuarial concepts, and customer lifecycle metrics.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
