Data Entry Executive

• Enter inspection data such as quantity checked, defects identified, DHU %, pass/fail status, and rework details
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inspection and production reports
• Maintain inspection records, attendance sheets, and allocation details of inspectors
• Verify data received from field inspectors for accuracy and completeness
• Update buyer-wise, factory-wise, and style-wise inspection records
• Coordinate with inspection supervisors and operations team for data clarification
• Maintain digital and physical files of inspection reports and related documents
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of inspection and client data
