Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and other digital systems.

Verify accuracy of data before entering it into the system.

Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Respond to information requests and retrieve data as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a data entry operator, typist, or related role preferred.

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software/tools.

Fast typing speed with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
