Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator who has strong experience in Excel and document handling. The ideal candidate should be able to manage data efficiently and convert/prepare documents in PDF format.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in Excel sheets.
• Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
• Convert and prepare documents in PDF format as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of data.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks related to data management.
• Coordinate with the team to complete daily data tasks.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, formatting, sorting, filtering, etc.)
• Ability to handle PDF documents (convert, merge, scan, save).
• Good typing speed with attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, file management).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

 Eligibility

• Minimum Graduate
• Prior experience in data entry preferred (not mandatory)
