This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations and technology.

What you’ll do

1. Patient Matching

• Match incoming patient records (fax / documents) with existing patients in the system
• Verify patient details such as: Name, DOB, phone number, insurance
• Flag mismatches or duplicates clearly inside the dashboard

2. EMR Data Entry

• Enter structured patient and referral data into US EMRs
• Update: Demographics, Referring provider details, Document categories (referrals, test results, notes) and upload documents
• Follow strict data-entry SOPs (accuracy > speed)

3. Quality & Escalation

• Identify unclear or incomplete records
• Escalate edge cases instead of guessing
• Maintain clean records and follow internal checklists

What we’re looking for

Required

• High attention to detail
• Comfortable working with web dashboards and multiple tabs
• Good English reading comprehension
• Willingness to follow structured processes strictly

Nice to have

• Prior experience with:
• US healthcare operations
• EMRs (Epic, eClinicalWorks, Athena, NextGen, etc.)
• Medical billing or hospital admin
• Basic understanding of healthcare terms (referral, diagnosis, provider)
