Debt Recovery Agent (Telecaller)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Recovery Agent / Collection Executive with experience in Collections and Recovery. The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills to handle customers effectively and recover outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers for pending payments via calls
• Recover outstanding dues within the assigned timeline
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements
• Maintain proper records of collections and customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for account updates
• Achieve monthly recovery targets

Hiring Requirements

• Experience in Recovery / Collections (mandatory preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of financial/loan processes
