Job Description
Job Role: Collection Executive (Telecalling – Office Based)
We are hiring Collection Executives for our loan recovery process. This is a purely office-based role (no field work involved), focused on customer calling, follow-ups, and ensuring timely payment collections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers regarding pending dues via calls
• Conduct regular follow-ups and secure payment commitments
• Maintain accurate call records and update systems
• Work towards achieving monthly recovery targets
Candidate Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi / Basic English)
• Confident, disciplined, and target-oriented approach
• Basic computer knowledge
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Salary & Benefits:
• ₹17,500 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
• Earn up to ₹10,000 incentive on achieving ₹1 lakh recovery
