Job Description

  • Collect packed medicines and bills from the shop and deliver them safely to customers’ homes and nearby clinics.​
  • Verify address, contact customer before delivery if needed, and obtain signature/confirmation or payment upon delivery (cash/UPI/card).​
  • Handle medicines carefully, especially cold-chain items (insulin, vaccines), as instructed by the pharmacist.​
  • Bring back cash, pending prescriptions, return items, or documents from customers to the shop and hand them over properly.​
  • Maintain a basic delivery log (time, address, bill number, amount collected) in register or mobile app as per shop process.
  • Support in simple in-store tasks during free time, such as basic packing, arranging stock, or assisting at the counter when asked
