Customer Delight Executive (Demo + Sales Role)

What You’ll Do

• Visit customer locations (leads provided — no cold calling!)

• Give product demos and help customers make the right choice

• Act like a consultant, not a pushy salesperson

• Close sales and deliver an amazing customer experience

• Be part of the core on-ground team building something exciting

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced sales professionals to Join Epik as Demo Executives. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, engaging with customers, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct live product demonstrations for customers

● Explain product features and benefits clearly

● Drive sales through customer engagement

Revenue Target & Incentives:

● Minimum Monthly Target: ₹3.5 Lakhs

● Incentives: Up to 4% of achieved revenue

● 1–3 years of sales experience (Retail / Electronics preferred)

● Strong communication and convincing skills

● Fluent in English (MANDATORY)

Male & Female both apply 

Mandatory Requirements:

● Own vehicle required

● Valid Driving License (DL)

Work Schedule:

● 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

● Week off on weekdays

Salary:- CTC: Up to ₹40,000 PM

Travel Allowance (TA) – Bill-based reimbursement
