Dental Clinic Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the complete operational, administrative, and business management of our dental clinic in Gurugram. A dentist with an MBA or formal management qualification and relevant experience will be strongly preferred, enabling effective coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, duty rosters, and performance
• Oversee billing, collections, expenses, and basic financial reporting
• Ensure excellent patient experience and handle feedback or complaints
• Manage inventory, vendors, and equipment maintenance
• Implement SOPs, quality control, and regulatory compliance
• Support marketing initiatives and business growth strategies
• Act as a liaison between dentists, staff, and management
• Qualifications & ExperienceBDS/MDS with MBA / Healthcare or Practice Management qualification (Preferred)
• OR proven experience in dental/healthcare clinic management
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of dental clinic workflows and patient care
