📝 Job Summary:

KHVD Techno India is looking for a Desktop Support Technician – End User Computing to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. The role involves resolving technical issues, supporting network connectivity, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth functioning of end-user systems at corporate locations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🖥️ Provide on-site technical support to users as per SLA guidelines

🔧 Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

💻 Install, upgrade, and repair desktops, laptops, monitors & peripherals

🖨️ Configure and support network printers, scanners & device connectivity

📱 Support mobile devices and mobile computing platforms

📊 Manage inventory and track incidents through ServiceNow ticketing tool

🌐 Assist users with LAN/WAN connectivity and corporate network access

🛠️ Deploy and maintain Windows 7/10 and Mac OS systems

📦 Use imaging tools like SCCM & MDT for system deployment

🔐 Configure Office 365, backup, and recovery solutions

⭐ Provide VIP support for IT equipment and communication devices

🧩 Eligibility Criteria:

🎂 Age: 18 – 60 years

🚻 Gender: Both genders allowed

🎓 Education: Diploma

🗣️ English: Basic English

💼 Experience: Minimum 2 Years

⏰ Shift: Day (Full Time)
