Job Description

Role Overview:

As an Associate for Diesel compliance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of diesel filling operations across Indus Towers’ extensive network of ~160,000 sites equipped with Diesel Generators (DGs). You will be the key point of contact for Diesel Filling Partners during the fuel replenishment process, validating the quantity of diesel filled at each site to ensure cost optimization and uninterrupted site uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Real-Time Diesel Validation:

o Receive video calls from Diesel Filling Partners during diesel filling at sites.

o Validate the actual quantity of diesel filled in DGs using predefined protocols and tools.

o Ensure accurate logging and documentation of diesel filling data.

• Operational Monitoring:

o Monitor diesel filling schedules and ensure adherence to frequency and timelines.

o Flag discrepancies or anomalies in diesel quantity or filling patterns.

• Coordination & Communication:

o Coordinate with regional teams and Diesel Filling Partners to resolve operational issues.

o Escalate critical issues impacting site uptime or diesel cost optimization.

• Data Accuracy & Reporting:

o Maintain accurate records of diesel filling transactions.

o Support audit and compliance processes by providing validated data and reports.

• Process Adherence:

o Follow SOPs for diesel validation and site communication.

o Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during diesel filling.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Science preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, field coordination, or remote monitoring roles.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operations environment.

• Basic understanding of diesel generator operations is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational dashboards.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
